I have a Toshiba 40RV525R 40' full HD LCD, it has 3 hdmi ports, a digital audio out. ps3 with digital port, and a hdmi port. xbox 360 older version. I have one Rocketfish 4' toslink optical cable. the receiver i have is a pioneer-SSOW 5.1-ch. it has two hdmi inputs, 3 digital audio inputs.

What should i get? the panasonic 42" 1080p lcd TC-L42U12 or the Toshiba 40" 1080p lcd 40rv525r?
