Can I trust a toshiba 37AV500U for my first hdtv?

It doesnt have to be amazing, I just want good picture for under 900. right now I have a 25 inch magnavox from the 1990s.

Where can I buy a replacement LCD Panel for a 37" Toshiba 37AV500U LCD TV?
