Why does my nextar mp3 player say no file when i download music onto it?

I have a Nextar MA797-20BLT mp3 player and when ever I download music onto it it says no file on the screen but when i hook it back to my computer it everything is there. Even the Pre-loaded songs wont show up on the music section of the nextar device.
