Is there anyway to slow down a digital clock that is always fast?

I have a GPX 7" under counter TV/Radio KCL8860DT (or KCL8806DT-not sure which one). The clock part of this is always running fast & it is never set for the right time. Is there a way to slow the clock down? THANKS>
