Is a Power Acoustik BAMF4000/1D amp good?

i was just wondering if these amps were any good and will it work with 2 dual 4 ohm kicker L7 15" subwoofers? I can always go back and just buy a hifonics amp but this Power Acoustik amp is like 100 bucks less.
