How do i connect PC media to Insignia NS-BRDVD3?

I was wondering if it is possible and how to make it so I can stream media from my PC, Windows Vista Home Premium, to my Insignia™ Internet Connectable Blu-ray Disc Player, Model: NS-BRDVD3. Yes, it's connected to the Internet. I don't have a gaming console or a cell phone.
