Is streaming audio studio compatible with Windows Vista?

I have Vista and I'm trying to get the program "Streaming Audio Studio" to work. I used to use it on my last XP computer and it worked fine. I cant get it to work right. Maybe its not compatible with Vista? Is there any other program that records audio through the sound coming out of the speakers?
