What would be a better TV to get: A 37" Dynex 1080p or a 40" Apex 1080p?

The Apex is 30 dollars more than the Dynex is, and the Dynex has 5 ms response time whereas the Apex only has a 7 ms response time. Is the slower response time and 30 more dollars worth the extra three inches on the screen?

Basically, the TV's audio and video work great on all settings except when something is hooked up through the HDMI in.
