Sharp or Panasonic Full HD TV, does it worth it?

There is about 200 pounds difference (310 dollars) between a HD ready and HD ready 1080 (sharp call it this) for the same size. I can afford both but the HD 1080 one will make my life a bit harder for next month. Does it worth to pay for the difference to get the full HD TV?
