Would it be better to put a TV rotor on the Terk 55 or replace it with a Channel Master 4228?

How can I increase the satellite strength in my Sirius Radio reception ?

It is for my house. I already bought a outdoor TERK antenna with 50 feet of cable which helped. But, whenever it rains, I get no reception. It is pointed in the right place and even talked with Sirius tech support. Does anybody have any tricks or things they did from personal experience.
