i bought the 100 pack of memorex cd-r cd's. the case says 52x 700MB 80min. are these for recording cd's or not. i don't want to open them and not be able to return them. can i put music on these cd's from my itunes?

which one is better and why ...memorex or maxell??? there 20 bucks for 75 pack and that brand is memorex..and maxell is 30 bucks for 100 pack and there both DVD+R but which one has better quailty for movies. im burning movies on them. like videos and stuff.
